  • I started at Skift in 2014, launching the branded content studio, SkiftX. Over the next six years, I grew the capabilities and staff of the department, led concept and proposal development, and oversaw creative direction for top client accounts.

    In 2019, I launched the IDEA Awards, overseeing the programming and revenue strategy and growing it into a key line of business, along with the Design The Future conference, which ran for two editions, with the aim of inspiring innovation and change through design.

    In 2021, I was promoted to cross-department leadership role. As Head of Creative Strategy, I lead all design, brand, and product experience across five media brands and live events.
