Guided the evolution of its brand, programs, and partnerships to position Meta Foundation as a global platform for collective intelligence, community activation, and regenerative futures.
Objectives
Develop Meta Foundation’s positioning and programs to bridge creativity, sustainability, and social impact, establishing it as a convening platform for pioneering voices and experimental projects.
Design a roadmap to connect live gatherings, digital platforms, and thought leadership, creating meaningful hybrid experiences that amplify Meta’s mission.
Embed regenerative and equitable frameworks into programming to align with UN SDGs and future-of-society conversations.
What I Did
Designed cornerstone programs including multi-day symposiums (like the Hospitality 3.0 event with NYU) that explore culture, technology, and environmental stewardship — blending panels, immersive art, and collaborative labs.
Refined the brand’s strategic narrative and value proposition, clarifying how Meta Foundation serves as a catalyst for creative and systemic change.
Developed a content and partnership roadmap, connecting editorial outputs, future events, and research initiatives under cohesive themes.
Structured editorial and research themes (like Future of Museums or Hospitality 3.0) into modular projects—reports, docuseries, workshops, and signature events—creating a portfolio Meta could scale globally.
Built sponsorship and funding models to sustain Meta’s mission, focusing on cross-sector partners who see hospitality as a driver of societal progress.
Developed a media kit and services model, mapping out partner opportunities, audience engagement tactics, ownable content franchises, and use cases.
Advised on community engagement approaches that prioritize inclusivity, local impact, and long-term capacity building.
Results & Impact
Helped evolve from a loose collective into a structured platform with a clear voice and purpose, ready to scale its influence across creative, tech, and regenerative sectors.
Launched a flagship Hospitality 3.0 Symposium that brought together industry leaders, academics, artists, and activists, sparking new collaborations and seeding pilot initiatives. Delivered a successful prototype that doubled as a live testbed for Meta’s model.
Positioned Meta Foundation to pursue major sponsorship and grant partnerships, aligning its programs with brands and organizations committed to sustainability and cultural innovation.
Hospitality 3.0 Symposium
A multidisciplinary forum and research laboratory, exploring new forms of engagement, travel and community building in spatial computing. The Hospitality 3.0 Symposium focused on redefining hospitality globally by addressing ecological, social, and cultural challenges through a new understanding of hospitality across sectors such as travel, education, entertainment, wellness, workplace, and retail.
