Studio Design & Digital Transformation

This outlines a recent engagement to build an in-house content studio for a traditional print media publication. Partnering with the Chief Digital Officer and VP, Content, I established the MVP offerings, team structure, workflows to launch, and remained engaged to hire and train a 6-person team and led brand pitches for custom programs.

This Studio became a cornerstone for digital transformation, supporting original and custom content projects from ideation through production and delivery, ensuring a seamless transition and enhancing digital presence.

Objectives 

  1. Transition to Digital: Facilitate company’s shift from print publication to digital platform. 

  2. In-House Content Studio Setup: Establish a fully equipped in-house content studio for streamlined production and delivery of digital content. 

  3. Custom Content Projects: Develop capabilities for handling pre-sale ideation, production, and delivery of custom content, tailored for digital platforms.

  4. On-going Support: Revenue & product strategy, pre-sale creative strategy, production oversight.
